This Privacy Policy explains how J Squared L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“J Squared”, “we” or “us”), handles personal data submitted to the My K-Med information pilot at kmed.pages.dev. J Squared L.L.C-FZ is the controller of the information described below.
1. What we collect
- Your name and the email address or WhatsApp number you choose to provide.
- The general medical-information topic you select.
- Your required privacy-consent record and any separate optional marketing choice.
- Submission metadata: date and time, page and language, campaign parameters (UTM values), and a random submission identifier.
- Messages you later send directly to our business email or social accounts. Please do not include health records or other sensitive information.
This website does not currently load the Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. If you submit a separate Meta lead form, Meta handles information under its own policy before providing your lead response to us.
2. Why we use it and your choices
- Responding to your request: with your required form consent, we use your contact details and selected topic to acknowledge and respond to your information interest.
- Optional pilot updates: only if you tick the separate marketing box, we may send future My K-Med pilot news. You can withdraw this choice at any time.
- Security and legal duties: we may process limited records to prevent abuse, protect the service, honour opt-outs, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Submitting the form does not request or reserve treatment, travel, a clinic appointment or a payment. We do not make decisions about you using automated profiling.
3. Processors and transfers outside the UAE
We use service providers to run this pilot. They may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States:
- Cloudflare Pages: website hosting, delivery and security.
- Web3Forms: secure form transmission. Web3Forms states that its servers are in US-East and that operational logs may contain personal data and are deleted approximately every two months.
- Google Workspace: business email and restricted business storage used to receive and manage responses.
- Meta: only when you voluntarily use a separate Instagram, Facebook or Meta lead form; no Meta Pixel is currently loaded by this website.
By giving the required form consent, you agree to the processing and transfers needed to respond to your request as described here. We limit providers to the service needed and use available contractual, access-control and security measures. We do not sell personal data and do not send your details to clinics on your behalf.
4. Retention schedule
- Interest request and related correspondence: up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless an active request or law requires longer.
- Optional marketing record: until you withdraw consent or after 24 months without engagement, whichever comes first.
- Consent and opt-out evidence: a minimal record may be retained for up to three years after the last interaction so we can demonstrate the choice made and continue to honour an opt-out.
- Web3Forms operational logs: the provider states that logs which may contain personal data are deleted approximately every two months.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. To stop marketing, reply “unsubscribe” or email us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

6. Security and children
We use access controls, limited collection and reputable service providers to reduce risk. No internet service is completely secure. My K-Med is intended for adults aged 18 or over; a parent or guardian should contact us if a minor submitted information.
7. Cookies, local storage and changes
The website uses browser local storage only to remember the selected language. It does not currently set non-essential advertising cookies or load the Meta Pixel. If that changes, we will add an appropriate consent mechanism and update this policy before activating the tool.
We may update this policy when the pilot, providers or legal requirements change. The date and version at the top identify the current notice.
